What is a Link Clicked Retargeting Flow?
A Link Clicked Retargeting Flow automatically sends follow-up messages to customers who clicked on a link in your previous SMS but didn't buy anything.
It's a way to re-engage interested shoppers and encourage them to complete their purchase.
How Does It Help?
This flow helps you:
Re-engage customers who showed interest by clicking your links
Convert interested shoppers into buyers
Provide additional incentives or information to hesitant customers
Recover potential sales from engaged subscribers
How to Create a Link Clicked Retargeting Flow
There are two ways to get started:
1. From the Flow Home Screen
Scroll down to find the Link Clicked Retargeting Flow Template
Click and name your flow (e.g, Link Clicked Retargeting - test)
Click Continue
2. From the Create Menu
Click + Create Flow
Select Use a flow template
Click Continue
Choose Link Clicked Retargeting
Click Continue
Name your flow (e.g, Link Clicked Retargeting - test)
Click Continue
After following either of these methods, you'll be taken to the Flow Builder, where you can edit the flow's properties, adjust the wait rule, modify the Send Message node, and make any other changes as needed.

Using the flow properties shown in the image below is best for a Link Clicked Retargeting Flow
Customize Your Flow (Optional)
Once you create the flow, you'll see the Flow Builder screen.
To make changes, simply click on the Trigger, Wait Rule, or Send Message node to edit its settings. You can also add additional actions and rules by dragging them from the left-side panel into the Flow Builder or clicking the + button.
Note: Editing a flow creates a new version of it. Select See Version History from the three-dot icon on top to activate the correct version. Learn more about versioning here
To use it as-is:
Simply Turn On your flow, or
Schedule it to start later
Important Note:
Make sure the Compliance setting for this flow is set to "Promotional" to avoid carrier filtering and potential legal issues.
