What is a Post Purchase – Cross/Upsell Flow?
A Post Purchase – Cross/Upsell Flow automatically sends messages to customers after they buy something, suggesting products that pair well with their purchase or better versions of what they bought.
It's like saying "Since you bought this, you might also love these items!"

How to Create a Post Purchase – Cross/Upsell Flow
There are two ways to get started:
1. From the Flow Home Screen
Scroll down to find the Post Purchase – Cross/Upsell Flow Template
Click and name your flow (e.g, Post Purchase – Cross/Upsell - test)
Click Continue
2. From the Create Menu
Click + Create Flow
Select Use a flow template
Click Continue
Choose Post Purchase – Cross/Upsell
Click Continue
Name your flow (e.g, Post Purchase – Cross/Upsell - test)
Click Continue
After following either of these methods, you'll be taken to the Flow Builder, where you can edit the flow's properties, adjust the wait rule, modify the Send Message node, and make any other changes as needed.

Customize Your Flow (Optional)
Once you create the flow, you'll see the Flow Builder screen.
To make changes, simply click on the Trigger, Wait Rule, or Send Message node to edit its settings. You can also add additional actions and rules by dragging them from the left-side panel into the Flow Builder or clicking the + button.
Note: Editing a flow creates a new version of it. Select See Version History from the three-dot icon on top to activate the correct version. Learn more about versioning here
To use it as-is:
Simply Turn On your flow, or
Schedule it to start later
Important Note:
Make sure the Compliance setting for this flow is set to "Promotional" to avoid carrier filtering and potential legal issues.
