If you've decided that TxtCart isn't the right fit for your business at this time, please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.
Step 1: Navigate to Billing Settings
Go to Account Details in your TxtCart dashboard
Click on the Billing option
Click the Cancel Plan button
Step 2: Select Cancellation Reason
A pop-up will appear asking for your cancellation reason.
After selecting your reason, click Cancel Plan. If you change your mind at this point, you can click the X button to maintain your current plan.
What Happens After Cancellation?
Once your account is cancelled:
A red banner will display in your dashboard, highlighting that your account is cancelled
You will not be charged any recurring, service, or carrier fees while cancelled
Your plan will show as "Cancelled" on the billing settings page
You can reactivate your account at any time by upgrading to a new plan
