When migrating your SMS from SMSBump (Yotpo) to TxtCart, your shop can upload previously collected subscriber contact lists so that you don't miss a beat coming to TxtCart. Follow the instructions below to ensure you only upload those who are actively subscribed to your SMS list.
Exporting your subscriber list from Yotpo
Step 1: Within your Yotpo account dashboard, select Audience on the left-hand menu
Step 2: Select the Customers option on the left-hand menu
Step 3: Select Filters, and scroll down to check SMS Subscribers box.
Step 4: Select Export in the center to download your subscribers
Importing your subscriber list to TxtCart
Once you've downloaded your subscriber list from Yotpo as a CSV file, click on this link to see a guide on how to import it into TxtCart.
