When migrating your SMS from Postscript to TxtCart, your shop can upload previously collected subscriber contact lists so that you don't miss a beat coming to TxtCart. Follow the instructions below to ensure you only upload those who are actively subscribed to your SMS list.
Exporting your subscriber list from Postscript
Step 1: Within your Postscript account, select Analytics on the left-hand nav menu
Step 2: Select Reports sub-action on the left-hand nav menu
Step 3: Select Generate Report in the uppper right hand corner
Step 4: Click Active Subscribers to download and view your subscribers
Step 5: Download the .csv of the subscribers when the report is completed
Importing your subscriber list to TxtCart
Once you've downloaded your subscriber list from Postscript as a CSV file, click on this link to see a guide on how to import it into TxtCart.
