When migrating your SMS from Emotive to TxtCart, your shop can upload previously collected subscriber contact lists so that you don't miss a beat coming to TxtCart. Follow the instructions below to ensure you only upload those who are actively subscribed to your SMS list.
Exporting your subscriber list from Emotive
At the current time, Emotive requires that you request your subscriber list from your account rep. When requesting the backup/subscriber report, we encourage you to request the following information:
Phone number
SMS Consent Timestamp
Opt-in Status (noted in 1's and 0's typically)
Full Name of Contact
Importing your subscriber list to TxtCart
Once you've downloaded your subscriber list from Emotive as a CSV file, click on this link to see a guide on how to import it into TxtCart.
Pro Tip: Be sure to copy over as many flows, automations and campaigns as you can prior to exporting and disconnecting your previous SMS platform.
