Choosing a Signup Form Template

J
Written by Juan

Every new signup form starts from a template. Templates are pre-built, pre-styled designs that already include a working flow (an offer, a quiz, or a game, followed by email and/or phone collection, then a reward reveal) so you can publish a polished popup in minutes and customize it from there.

How to pick a template

  1. From the Signup Forms section of your dashboard, click Create form.

  2. Browse the template gallery. Each card shows a preview of the template's look and a short description of its flow (for example, "a full-screen free gift offer" or "a style quiz first").

  3. Click a template to start the creation wizard with that design already applied. You can change anything afterward — colors, images, copy, the games or elements it uses, and the flow itself.

What varies between templates

  • Theme — each template ships with its own color palette, which follows your brand's theme tokens, so clicking Reset to brand colors re-themes the whole template (including any game it contains) to match your store.

  • Flow order — most templates lead with an offer or an engagement element (a game or quiz) and collect contact information afterward; a few collect contact information first.

  • What they collect — some templates collect only a phone number, others collect email and phone as two separate steps, and the order (email first or phone first) differs by template.

  • Engagement — several templates include one of the Engagement games (Spin to Win, Slots, and so on) or the Mini quiz as their centerpiece; others are a straight discount offer.

If none of the templates fit

Every new form is created from a template — the Continue button on the template step stays disabled until you pick one. If none of the catalog's designs are close to what you want, pick the simplest one and reshape it afterward in the editor (every element, frame, and flow in a template can be changed, removed, or added to). You can also duplicate an existing form of your own from the Popups table and edit the copy instead of starting from the catalog again.
