Explore every country TxtCart supports for SMS and how to add them to your store to reach customers in those regions.
International Texting
TxtCart uses Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) to text your SMS subscribers. To comply with US and international regulations, you need a separate TFN for each country where you're sending messages, and each of those numbers is acquired separately from your TxtCart Messaging settings.
Since SMS and number acquisition/maintenance rates are different in each country, both the monthly fee for a number and the per-message rate vary by country as well.
Messages sent from a given number are always charged at that number's rate.

MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is currently only supported for numbers in the US, Canada, and Australia. All other supported countries can send SMS messages only.
Activation time varies by country. Most new numbers are ready within a few days, but some (like Germany) can take up to 30 days to activate.
Adding a New Region
You can add a number for any supported country straight from your TxtCart Messaging settings:
Go to Account Details > Account Settings > Messaging tab.
Click Add New Country (or View Available Countries) to open the country selector.
Search for the country you want, or scroll through the list, and select it to start setting up a number for that country.
UK numbers can only be issued to legally registered businesses (the business itself can be based anywhere). Getting a UK number requires submitting additional compliance information to our Support team.
Checking the Per-Message Rates for Each Country
You can check the SMS and MMS rate for any country at any time from your Billing settings:
Go to Account Details > Billing.
Click View Per Message Rates to see the rate for every supported country.
