What is Add to Flow?

Add to Flow is an action that lets you send a subscriber to a different active Flow.

Think of it like passing a customer from one conversation to another, helping you create connected experiences.

When to Use Add to Flow

Here are common ways to use this action:

1. Move customers to follow-up sequences

  • After they make a purchase, add them to a thank-you or review request Flow

2. Add VIP customers to special Flows

  • Send high-value customers to exclusive promotion Flows

3. Re-engage customers

  • Move inactive customers to a win-back flow with special offers


How to Add the "Add to Flow" Action


Step 1: Open your Flow Builder

Step 2: In the left sidebar under ACTIONS, find Add to Flow

Step 3: Drag and drop or Click on the (+) sign inside flow builder and hit Add to Flow

Step 4: Select which Flow you want to add subscribers to from the dropdown

Step 5: Hit Save


How It Works

When a subscriber reaches the "Add to Flow" action in your Flow:

  1. They are automatically added to the new Flow you selected

  2. They start at the beginning of that new Flow

  3. They can be in multiple Flows at the same time

Important:

  • You can only add subscribers to one Flow at a time with each Add to Flow action. If you need to add them to multiple Flows, use multiple Add to Flow actions.

  • Subscribers must reach the "Add to Flow" action for it to work – if they exit the Flow earlier, they won't be added

  • Make sure the Flow you're adding people to is active.
