What is a Cancellation Trigger?
A Cancellation Trigger is a rule that prevents a subscriber from entering a flow if a specific condition or set of conditions is met.
Why Does It Matter?
Without it, subscribers who shouldn't enter a flow could accidentally receive a message.
For example, imagine a customer already bought something, but is still getting "Don't forget your cart!" texts. That'd be awkward, and annoying!

How to Add a Cancellation Trigger
Step 1: Go inside your Flow Builder in TxtCart
Step 2: Click the trigger step at the top of your flow to open the Flow Properties panel, and scroll down to the Cancellation Trigger section
Step 3: Click "Add a cancellation trigger" to open the list of available triggers
Step 4: Choose the trigger that should stop the flow (e.g. Fulfillment Created)
Step 5: Repeat to add more triggers if needed, you can add multiple!
Step 6: Save your flow
Best Practice Example:
Running an Abandoned Cart Flow? Consider adding "Fulfillment Created" as a Cancellation Trigger.
This way, once a customer's order starts being fulfilled, they'll automatically stop receiving cart reminder texts. No awkward messages. No confusion.
Pro Tip: You can stack multiple Cancellation Triggers on one flow! For example, stop the flow if a subscriber order is fulfilled OR if they reply to your message.
