What is the Offers tab?
The Offers tab gives you a single view of every discount code your flows, campaigns, popups, and keywords use. Instead of opening each flow or campaign to check which code it sends, you can see all of your codes in one list, along with where each one is used, how often it has been sent, and how often it has been redeemed.
From here, you can also jump straight into the flow, campaign, or popup that uses a code, edit a discount, or deactivate it.
How Offers Work
You don't need to add anything to the Offers tab yourself. Discount codes are added automatically based on where they're used, so as soon as a code is added to a flow, campaign, popup, or keyword, it shows up in the list.
Each row in the list represents one discount code. Below the code's name, you'll see the discount type (for example, Percentage off) and the date the code was created.
Understanding the Offers table
Here's what each column in the table shows:
Column | What it shows |
Name | The discount code, its discount type, and the date the code was created. |
Used in | Every flow, campaign, and popup that uses the code. Flows and popups have their own icons, and each one shows its current status next to its name, such as Active, Draft, or Inactive. Click any name to open it. |
Sent | How many times the code has been sent. Hover over the number to see a breakdown of how many were sent in messages and how many were issued by signup forms. |
Used | How many times the code has been redeemed. |
Redemption rate | How often the code is redeemed compared to how often it's sent. |
AI Enabled | On means the code is in a flow and the AI Agent has access to it. Off means the AI Agent doesn't have access to it. |
Status | Whether the code is currently active. |
Actions | The three-dot menu, where you can edit or deactivate the code. |
How to use Offers
Finding a discount code
To open the Offers tab, click Offers in the left sidebar, under Configuration.
To find a specific code, type its name into the Search offers bar at the top of the page. If you have a lot of codes, you can change how many show on each page using the Rows per page dropdown at the bottom of the list, and use the arrows in the bottom right corner to move between pages.
Seeing where a code is used
The Used in column lists every flow, campaign, and popup that uses the code. To open one of them, click its name, and you'll be taken directly to that flow, campaign, or popup.
Checking how a code was sent
To see how a code's sends break down, hover over the number in the Sent column. A summary pops up showing how many times the code was sent in messages and how many times it was issued by signup forms.
Editing a discount
You can change everything about a discount from the Offers tab, including the code itself, the discount value, the minimum purchase requirements, and the eligibility criteria. Any changes you make are also updated in your Shopify Discounts.
To edit a discount, click the three-dot menu in the Actions column next to the code, then click Edit. A pop-up will remind you that changing the code updates it in Shopify only. Click Continue to open the discount settings.
In the discount settings, you can update the following:
Discount Code: the code customers enter at checkout. Click Generate Random Code if you'd like a new code created for you.
Discount Value: choose the discount type from the dropdown, such as Percentage (%), and enter the amount.
Minimum Purchase Requirements: choose No minimum requirements, Minimum purchase amount ($), or Minimum quantity of items.
Eligibility Criteria: scroll down in the pop-up to adjust who can use the discount.
Once you're done, click Create Discount to save your changes. To go back without saving, click Back.
Changing a discount code only updates it in Shopify. Any flow messages that mention the old code are not updated automatically, so subscribers could still receive a code that no longer works. After changing a code, open each flow listed in the Used in column and update the code in your messages.
Deactivating a discount
When you deactivate a discount, the code is deactivated in Shopify, so customers can no longer use it at checkout.
To deactivate a discount, click the three-dot menu in the Actions column next to the code, then click Deactivate.
Deactivating a code doesn't remove it from the flows, campaigns, or popups that use it in TxtCart. Use the links in the Used in column to open each one and remove the code manually, so subscribers don't receive a code that no longer works.
